RTD BMW Aluminum Short Shifter Kit – G8X M2 | M3 | M4
Designed for BMW G8X M2, M3, M4 models only. This is our V3 version short shifter.

Fits RTD knobs and any threaded knob M12 x 1.25 mm / max. 35 mm depth.

Includes the new RTD Twisted DSSR, required for proper installation. No trimming of the center console or drilling of the transmission tunnel needed. Keeps the shifter perfectly centered.

Features:
- Integrated Solid Torsion Spring that Self-Centers the Lever and provides great feedback when changing gears.
- All Aluminum Parts are CNC turned and milled from Billet Alumec 89 Alloy Which is harder than Alu 7075.
- All our BMW Short Shifter kits have a Pivoting Joint in the area where it links to the DSSR allowing flexible throws while shifting gears (Example from 2nd to 3rd… etc.)
- Bronze Bushing used instead of a Teflon Bushing, ensuring a Longer Lifetime, and can handle more loads.
- Tig Welded Stainless Steel 304 Grade Shifter Base (Compact Shape) providing more rigidity.
- Note: If you need an extra knob please choose from here.
- Shifter is supplied as a Complete Kit including a Billet Twisted DSSR, dust boot and all fasteners required to install the shifter.
- Shifter Fits with No drilling in the tunnel & No Cutting in the center console.
