Bimmer Vault – Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following guidelines if you need to return or exchange an item.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any damage or issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery; otherwise, the item becomes ineligible for return or exchange.

Requests via email, phone, or social media will not be processed.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 30 days from delivery confirmation.

International Orders

Orders shipping outside North America are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Restocking Fees
A restocking fee applies to all eligible returns:

25% for performance products and electronics

20% for all other eligible items
Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was sent incorrectly.

If we sent the wrong item, we will provide a return shipping label and waive the restocking fee.
Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions.

Items must be postmarked within 10 days of approval. Late returns will be voided.
Warranty Information
Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage is available only if specified on the product page.

Customer Responsibility

Installation Damage

Bimmer Vault is not liable for damage during installation or any associated labor costs.

We highly recommend professional installation.
International Orders & Customs Fees

International orders may incur customs or duty fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

Refused shipments due to customs fees are not eligible for refunds.
Backorders

If any items are on backorder, you will be notified.

Lost, Stolen, or Refused Packages
Lost or Stolen

Bimmer Vault is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please notify us immediately. We may assist with a claim to the carrier where applicable.
Refused Packages

Refused deliveries or those sent to an incorrect address are not eligible for return or refund.

Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Chargeback Policy
We take chargebacks very seriously. If you have an issue, please contact us first – we're happy to resolve any concerns.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with supporting evidence, and violators may be blacklisted from future purchases.

We urge customers to work directly with us before initiating a chargeback, as resolution through financial institutions can take up to 90 days.
